Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Customers will receive a tracking link via email once the order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery updates.
Shipping Address
Customers must ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Gifzy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Delivery Issues
