Refund policy

Returns: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to Return: Email admin@gifzy.co.uk to request a return. Please wait for our approval before sending the item back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with our return warehouse address so you can send the parcel back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will help resolve the issue.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
